Theatre Playground: Movement & Drama

Hi theatre enthusiasts! Monday, June 30, you're welcome to come and play theatre at the Theatre Playground. This is a low obligation evening we host twice a month for ourselves and for all those interested: people who want to try out theatre acting, and people who want to act more often. The focus is on accessibility, and mostly on dramatic improv (so not comedy - although it often turns funny on it’s own). This is the international edition: open to all. This time we look at movement as a tool for making theater. You will experience how different ways of moving have different dramatic effects: for you as a player and for the audience. As a basis we use Laban's system. Everything will become clear during the evening! The times are 20:00 - 22:00. Playing in a cool new space in the center of Groningen! We use "pay what you can": after the event, you can make a voluntary donation (approx. €5/€10). We use your contribution to cover the rent for the space.
