Hi everyone! I am a newly arrived PhD researcher at UMCG (University Medical Center Groningen) with a lifelong passion for the piano. Having studied classical piano since childhood, I perform at an advanced, near-professional level with substantial stage and performance experience. Repertoire & Background My foundation is rooted in large-scale classical works. My repertoire includes pieces such as Chopin’s Ballade No. 1 in G minor, Beethoven’s Piano Sonatas, and Liszt’s Hungarian Rhapsodies. In addition to solo literature, I have a deep appreciation for classical opera—particularly the genius of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and Gioachino Rossini—which gives me a strong ear for melodic phrasing, dramatic pacing, and collaborative timing. While classical is my home ground, I enjoy playing and improvising across pop and jazz styles. I love arranging melodies and exploring diverse harmonic grooves. Having just moved to Groningen, I am eager to connect with the local cultural community. I would love to join or collaborate on: Chamber Music & Ensembles: Piano trios, quartets, or instrumental accompaniment. Vocal & Choral Accompaniment: Rehearsal or performance accompaniment for classical singers, choirs, or musical theatre groups. For me, music is fundamentally about connection and shared joy. Whether you are preparing for an upcoming project/concert or looking for a committed pianist to rehearse and make great music together, feel free to reach out. Looking forward to meeting you!
