Studio Space for Encaustic, Watercolor, Oil (etc.) Painter

Hello! I permanently moved to the Netherlands earlier this year from Oregon and I'm hoping to find a studio space or time-share situation in Groningen city. Ik ben nog steeds bezig met het leren van Nederlands, dus mijn excuses alvast als Engels op dit moment makkelijker voor me is. I'm a painter who uses a variety of media including: encaustic, watercolor, oils, acrylic, and pastels. Because of the encaustic painting (hot beeswax), I do need to ventilate the fumes. I have the equipment to do so, but the studio will need to have at least 1 window or a fresh air intake and an air outtake. Because I sometimes paint murals or windows splashes for businesses, there may be days and even weeks at a time when I'm not at the studio a lot. Being an artist is a relatively new occupation for me. My education and occupational background led me to become a physician, although I left the healthcare field in 2022.
